Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe Hass avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and kosher salt to the bowl with the avocado flesh.
  • Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until the desired consistency is reached, leaving some chunks if preferred.
  • Fold in the finely chopped cilantro until evenly distributed and serve immediately.
