Instructions
Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice and kosher salt to the bowl with the avocado flesh.
Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until the desired consistency is reached, leaving some chunks if preferred.
Fold in the finely chopped cilantro until evenly distributed and serve immediately.
