Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp hone y

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and honey.
  • Add the cubed turkey to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly; allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Arrange the turkey cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring space between pieces for airflow.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  • Verify the internal temperature of the turkey has reached 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
