  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  • In a separate large bowl, whisk together the buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder.
