Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg , lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Non -stick olive oil spray

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties approximately 3/4-inch thick.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring no overlapping.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the patties at the 6-minute mark.
  • Verify the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
  • Remove patties from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
