  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure optimal browning.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the thighs halfway through the cooking time.
  • Verify the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
