Fold in the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives using a spatula.
Lightly coat a silicone egg bite mold with non-stick cooking spray or oil.
Distribute the egg mixture evenly into the mold cavities, filling each about three-quarters of the way to the top.
Place the mold into the air fryer basket.
Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the center and slightly golden.
Remove the mold from the air fryer and let sit for 2 minutes before gently popping the bites out of the silicone mold.
