Ingredients

  • 4 large egg s
  • 60 milliliters heavy cream
  • 50 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams diced bell peppers
  • 20 grams chopped baby spinach
  • 2 grams kosher salt
  • 1 gram cracked black pepper
  • 5 milliliters olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  • Apply olive oil to the interior of a 6-inch oven-safe round pan to prevent adhesion.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until the mixture is homogenous and slightly aerated.
  • Incorporate the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F) and the center is firm.
  • Remove the pan from the air fryer and allow to rest for 120 seconds before slicing into wedges.
