Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until the mixture is homogenous and slightly aerated.
Incorporate the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
Place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F) and the center is firm.
Remove the pan from the air fryer and allow to rest for 120 seconds before slicing into wedges.
