Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices of Italian or French bread
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt until a uniform paste forms.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly across the top surface of each bread slice.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered surface of the bread.
  • Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove slices from the basket using tongs and serve immediately.
