Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup hone y
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until emulsified.
  • Add rolled oats and sliced almonds to the bowl and fold until the dry ingredients are thoroughly and evenly coated.
  • Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper, ensuring it is slightly smaller than the basket floor to maintain adequate airflow.
  • Spread the oat mixture in an even layer over the parchment paper.
  • Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, pausing to stir the mixture every 4 minutes to ensure uniform toasting and prevent localized burning.
  • Remove the basket and allow the granola to cool completely inside the basket for at least 20 minutes to allow the clusters to harden before storage.
