Ingredients

  • 8 ounces farfalle or rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, according to package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels to ensure a crisp finish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the mixture until every piece of pasta is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes to ensure even browning and crisping.
  • Remove the pasta chips when they are golden brown and crunchy, then allow them to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes to fully harden.
