Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Brush the cut side of each peach half evenly with the butter mixture.
  • Place peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until peaches are soft and the topping is bubbling.
  • Remove carefully and serve warm.
