  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the pineapple wedges to the bowl and toss until each piece is thoroughly and evenly coated with the mixture.
  • Arrange the pineapple wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap to allow for proper airflow.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the pieces at the 6-minute mark, until the edges are golden brown and caramelized.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while warm.
