Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprik a
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon sal t
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry using paper towels to ensure even seasoning adhesion.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
