Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup all -purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs , beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon sal t
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  • Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one containing flour, one containing the beaten eggs, and one containing a mixture of panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Working in batches, coat each tortellini in flour and shake off the excess.
  • Dip the floured tortellini into the egg wash, ensuring it is fully submerged.
  • Press the tortellini into the panko mixture, coating all sides firmly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the breaded tortellini in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch to allow for proper airflow.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the tortellini with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the exterior is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
