  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the waffle iron to the manufacturer's recommended setting.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until emulsified.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt to the wet mixture.
  • Whisk the ingredients until a thick, uniform batter forms, ensuring no large clumps of almond flour remain.
  • Lightly grease the waffle iron plates with oil or non-stick spray.
  • Dispense approximately 1/2 cup of batter onto the center of the waffle iron.
  • Close the lid and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the steam subsides and the waffle is golden brown and firm.
  • Carefully remove the waffle using a heat-resistant spatula and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately for optimal texture.
