Baileys Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodk a
  • 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 0.5 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 3 Whole coffee beans for garnish
  • Ice cube s

Instructions

  • Brew 1 shot of espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature to prevent melting the ice too quickly.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour the vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, espresso, and coffee liqueur into the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold and a thick foam has developed.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass or coupe.
  • Garnish the surface of the foam with three coffee beans arranged in a triangle pattern.
