Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold and a thick foam has developed.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass or coupe.
Garnish the surface of the foam with three coffee beans arranged in a triangle pattern.
