  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hone y

Instructions

  • Place the peeled banana, frozen mango chunks, and strawberries into the blender carafe.
  • Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey to the fruit mixture.
  • Secure the blender lid firmly and process on the highest speed setting for 45 to 60 seconds or until the texture is completely smooth.
  • Stop the blender and check the consistency; add more liquid if a thinner smoothie is desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while chilled.
