Banana Peach Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 30 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender container first to prevent powder from sticking to the bottom.
  • Add the frozen banana slices and peaches.
  • Add the vanilla protein powder and ground cinnamon.
  • Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
