  • 1/2 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices mini pepperoni

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Place the tortilla on a flat work surface and brush the outer 1/2-inch edge with olive oil to facilitate browning.
  • Apply pizza sauce to the center of the tortilla, spreading it outward while maintaining the 1/2-inch border.
  • Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce layer.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices across the cheese and finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  • Carefully transfer the assembled pizza into the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted with golden-brown spots and the edges of the tortilla are rigid and crisp.
