Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a 12-ounce mason jar or airtight container.
  • Stir or shake the mixture vigorously until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Seal the container with a tight-fitting lid to prevent oxidation and odor absorption.
  • Place the container in the refrigerator and allow the oats to hydrate for a minimum of 6 hours, ideally overnight for 8 hours.
  • Stir the oats once more before serving to ensure a creamy consistency; if the mixture is too thick, add an additional tablespoon of milk.
