Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon , cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnais e
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sal t
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, bacon crumbles, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
  • Fold the dressing into the chicken mixture until all components are thoroughly coated.
  • Add the chopped Romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss gently to incorporate without wilting.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
