Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (30g) sugar-free chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon sugar -free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a 16-ounce glass jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and monk fruit sweetener.
  • Whisk the dry ingredients until evenly distributed to prevent protein powder clumping.
  • Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the jar and stir vigorously until no dry pockets remain.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries and sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
  • Secure the lid on the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight, to allow for full hydration of the oats and chia seeds.
  • Stir the mixture once more before consuming to redistribute the moisture. Top with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
