Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 sheet (14g) Graham cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar -free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place the non-fat Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder to the yogurt.
  • Vigorously whisk or fold the powder into the yogurt until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved without dry clumps.
  • Transfer the chocolate protein base into a serving bowl.
  • Garnish the surface with crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  • Optional: Use a culinary torch to lightly toast the marshmallows for 5-10 seconds before serving.
