Ingredients

pound fresh
mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

large ripe
tomatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

cup fresh
basil leaves, whole
1/4
cup extra
virgin olive oil

tablespoons balsamic
glaze
1/2
teaspoon flaky
sea salt
1/4
teaspoon freshly
ground black pepper
Instructions
On a large platter, alternate overlapping slices of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
Tuck a whole basil leaf between each slice of cheese and tomato.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the arranged ingredients.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
Season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper just before serving.
