  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 0.5 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1 medium banana , sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings or mini chips
  • 1 teaspoon hone y
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown and crisp.
  • Spread 0.25 cup of cottage cheese evenly across the surface of each slice of toast.
  • Arrange the banana slices on top of the cottage cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings and ground cinnamon over the bananas.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
