Ingredients

  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional : 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a large baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Spoon the mixture into small mounds (approximately 1 tablespoon each) onto the lined baking sheet, ensuring at least 2 inches of space between each mound.
  • Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to create thin, even circles.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the edges are dark golden brown and the centers appear dry and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes to reach maximum crispness.
