Cottage Cheese Egg and Sriracha Protein Toast

Instructions
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook the egg for 7 minutes for a jammy yolk.
Immediately transfer the egg to an ice bath for 2 minutes then peel and slice.
Toast the bread slice until golden brown and firm.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the surface of the toast.
Place the sliced egg on top of the cottage cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with sriracha and garnish with minced chives.
