Cottage Cheese Peach Protein Whip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender.
  • Process on high for 60 seconds or until the texture is completely smooth and aerated.
  • Add half of the peach slices to the blender.
  • Pulse 3 to 4 times to break up peaches without pureeing them fully.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  • Garnish with the remaining peach slices.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
