Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all -purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the cottage cheese into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and stir in the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
  • Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and use damp hands to press it into a 10-inch circle approximately 1/4-inch thick.
  • Bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the surface is firm.
  • Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
