Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cottage cheese into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and stir in the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and use damp hands to press it into a 10-inch circle approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the surface is firm.
Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
