Whisk in the heavy cream and lemon juice, simmering for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush the lobster meat generously with half of the prepared garlic butter sauce.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8 to 10 minutes until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
