Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp
  • 1 cup chilled Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons suga r
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 4 ice cube s

Instructions

  • Add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder into a blender.
  • Add ice cubes to the mixture.
  • Blend on high speed for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if required.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
