Ingredients

  • 500 grams shelf -stable or refrigerated potato gnocchi
  • 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 grams garlic powder
  • 1 gram dried oregano
  • 3 grams kosher salt
  • 1 gram freshly ground black pepper
  • 25 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the dry, uncooked gnocchi in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  • Toss ingredients vigorously until the gnocchi surface area is completely and evenly coated.
