Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and chopped parsley.
Stir the melted butter into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly moistened.
Brush the top of each fillet with lemon juice.
Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet to create an even crust.
Place fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
