Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2-inch thick cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken cutlets dry with paper towels to ensure a better sear.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush both sides of each chicken cutlet thoroughly with the seasoned oil mixture.
  • Arrange the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the cutlets using tongs.
  • Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
