Everything Bagel Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey.
  • Brush the top of each salmon fillet generously with the mustard-honey mixture.
  • Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning evenly over the mustard layer, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Drizzle the fillets with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
