Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup honey -toasted granola
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all berries thoroughly, slicing strawberries into uniform pieces.
  • Distribute 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of four individual 8-ounce glass containers.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt base using approximately 1/4 cup of fruit per serving.
  • Top the berry layer with 2 tablespoons of granola to provide a structural and textural barrier.
  • Repeat the layering process once more, starting with yogurt and finishing with a crown of fresh berries and granola.
  • Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of honey over the top of each parfait if additional sweetness is required.
  • Garnish with a single mint sprig and serve chilled within 30 minutes of assembly to maintain granola texture.
