Combine the rinsed black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, applesauce, vanilla extract, baking powder, and baking soda in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Process the mixture on high until the batter is completely smooth and no bean skins or fragments remain.
Manually fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to pull away from the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan at room temperature; the structure requires cooling to set properly before slicing.
