Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Distribute 1 cup of granola across the bottom of the prepared pan in an even layer.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the granola layer and spread to the edges using an offset spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of granola, blueberries, and chocolate chips over the top.
Place the pan in the freezer and chill for a minimum of 4 hours or until completely firm.
Lift the parchment paper to remove the block from the pan and slice into 12 rectangular bars using a sharp knife.
