Roll or press the dough into a 10-inch by 6-inch rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
Spread the shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese uniformly over the top.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes before slicing into 8 individual breadsticks.
