Ingredients

  • 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic , finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Flatten each refrigerated biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • Place approximately 2 tablespoons of seasoned beef and 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  • Gather the edges of the dough and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
  • Brush half of the garlic parmesan butter mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Brush the remaining garlic parmesan butter over the hot bombs immediately after removing them from the oven.
