Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough begins to form.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and slightly elastic.
Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, approximately 10 to 12 inches in diameter.
Add preferred toppings and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
