Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups self -rising flour
  • 1 cup non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
  • Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough begins to form.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and slightly elastic.
  • Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, approximately 10 to 12 inches in diameter.
  • Add preferred toppings and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
