Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and sea salt until no lumps remain.
  • Add the pure maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the dry mixture.
  • Stir using a spatula until a cohesive, slightly tacky dough forms.
  • Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Using a small scoop or tablespoon, portion the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  • Roll each portion between your palms to form smooth, uniform spheres.
  • Place the spheres on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the structure.
