Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain fat.
Stir the marinara sauce into the turkey and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the egg and combine with cottage cheese, chopped spinach, half of the Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1/2 cup of the meat sauce at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Place 3 noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of the remaining meat sauce, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
Repeat the layer: 3 noodles, remaining cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of the meat sauce, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
Place the final 3 noodles on top, cover with the remaining meat sauce, remaining mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan.
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
