In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
Scoop tablespoons of dough and roll into balls, placing them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Gently flatten each ball with the palm of your hand or a fork to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are just slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet to set.
