Instructions
Place the softened grass-fed butter in the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with a whisk attachment.
Whip the butter on medium-high speed for 5 minutes until it becomes light, airy, and pale in color.
Set the mixer to its lowest speed setting and slowly drizzle in the chilled maple syrup and vanilla extract in a steady stream.
Gradually add the sifted arrowroot powder and sea salt while continuing to mix on low speed to incorporate.
Increase the mixer speed to high and whip for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the frosting reaches a stiff, pipeable consistency.
