Ingredients

  • 2 cups (450g) Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Raw Sliced Almonds
  • 4 tablespoons (40g) Shelled Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and thoroughly pat dry the blueberries and raspberries to ensure longevity during storage.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and honey until smooth.
  • Distribute the yogurt mixture evenly across four airtight snack containers.
  • Place 1/4 cup of blueberries and 1/4 cup of raspberries on top of the yogurt in each container.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds and 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts to each container, preferably in a side compartment to maintain texture.
  • Seal containers securely and store in the refrigerator.
  • Consume within 4 days for optimal freshness.
