In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked, breaking it into small crumbles.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir the marinara sauce into the cooked turkey and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the ravioli layer.
Layer the remaining ravioli on top, followed by the remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving to set the layers.
