Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Self -rising flour
  • 1/4 cup Low -sugar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices Turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead by hand for 1 minute until smooth.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangular shape approximately 1/4-inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edges.
  • Layer the shredded mozzarella and turkey pepperoni slices across the sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  • Tightly roll the dough into a log starting from the long edge.
  • Slice the log into 8 equal rounds using a sharp knife or dental floss.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
