Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 1 minute until smooth and no longer sticky.
Divide the dough into 10 small balls and flatten slightly into mini bagel shapes or discs.
Place dough discs on the prepared baking sheet and par-bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread approximately 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each disc.
Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 turkey pepperoni slices over each disc.
Return to the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and serve two bites per portion.
