High-Protein Strawberry Yogurt Parfait with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup high -protein granola
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon hone y

Instructions

  • Whisk vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until well combined.
  • Stir chia seeds into the yogurt mixture and allow to rest for 5 minutes for hydration.
  • Layer half of the yogurt mixture into the base of a serving glass.
  • Top the first yogurt layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Add half of the granola to form the third layer.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve.
