Stir chia seeds into the yogurt mixture and allow to rest for 5 minutes for hydration.
Layer half of the yogurt mixture into the base of a serving glass.
Top the first yogurt layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
Add half of the granola to form the third layer.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve.
